Public listings
Business pages show information that is already public: trading name, town, address where known, phone, website, Google rating and review count, a link to the Google profile, and Companies House number and status where matched. We do not publish private emails from directory inboxes.
If you are the business, you can ask us to correct facts or to unpublish the page. Unpublishing is reversible: the record stays in our source file and the page can be restored on a later rebuild.
Claim form and messages
Details you send on the claim or update form are stored in our CRM so we can manage the listing and contact you about it. We do not sell those details.
If we text you about a claim, you can opt out by replying STOP.
If you email us or use the contact page, we will use that message only to update a listing or reply to you.
Cookies and analytics
This version is a static website. It does not set analytics cookies. The cookie banner stores your choice in this browser so we know whether to show the banner again. That choice is not sent to a server.
If analytics are added later, this page will say so and the banner will ask before any optional cookie runs.
